When purchasing from the Dun-Bri Group, our aim is to make buying online as convenient as possible, which means offering a wide range of delivery (sometimes called carriage) options for you to choose from.
Delivery charges vary depending on:
- the delivery address of your goods (your region)
Your total charge for delivery, along with all the different delivery options we’re able to offer for any particular order, will always be clearly displayed at the checkout, however the information below gives a general overview of our delivery charging structure.
Our web site only offers UK delivery at present, but this is changing to include all worldwide destinations. But if you are not in the UK give us a call on +44 (0)1763 274185 and we can arrange a suitable method of delivery for you via our extensive range of services from Royal Mail, ParcelForce and Interlink Express.
Tip: Please use a specific persons name if you are using postage as small packages can be lost in larger company’s mailrooms.

* For Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands orders, if the order is below the free shipping value we will automatically add the first box charge to the order. At point of packing, should the number of boxes required be greater we may invoice you for the for the additional delivery
Any timed delivery orders must be received before midday.
All deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left or you may receive a text message explaining where the item is and what to do next.
Tracking your delivery
If you haven’t already received your tracking information with your order, please contact us and we will supply a tracking reference number.
If your item hasn’t arrived 30 days after ordering, please contact us.
Republic of Ireland, Europe & International orders
Orders can be placed through the website on an EX WORKS basis, which means the customer can arrange their own delivery. Once the order has been received someone from our sales team will email you to confirm that you are arranging collection.
